Greek-Style Lamb Meatballs

If you like Mediterranean flavors, these lamb meatballs will hit the spot! Serve them as an appetizer with tzatziki sauce, or as a main course with a Greek salad.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 small onion finely minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until very well combined.
    1 pound ground lamb, 1 small onion, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning Mix, 2 tablespoons parsley, 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, 1 egg, ¼ cup bread crumbs, Zest of 1 lemon, Salt and black pepper
  • Form the meat mixture into bite-sized meatballs, about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle the meatballs with oil and bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
