Instructions
Put the vinegar, oregano, mustard, salt, and olive oil in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar,
½ teaspoon dried oregano,
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard,
¼ teaspoon salt,
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Add the cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, and feta cheese to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
1 English cucumber,
6 Campari tomatoes,
1 cup radishes,
½ cup feta cheese,
3 green oinions
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve as a side dish, or as a meal with soup and bread.
