grapefruit segments

goat cheese

For the Dressing

lime juice

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Combine the shrimp, hearts of palm, avocado, lime juice, goat cheese, and green green onion in a large bowl.
16 ounces frozen cooked shrimp,
8 ounces hearts of palm,
1 avocado,
2 cups grapefruit segments,
4 ounces goat cheese,
¼ cup green onion,
1 teaspoon salt
Whisk the lime juice, olive oil and black pepper in a small bowl.
2 tablespoons lime juice,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
½ teaspoon black pepper
Pour the dressing over the shrimp mixture and mix gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if needed, and serve.
