Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Put the salmon fillets in an ungreased baking pan, skin side down. Spread the sour cream over the fillets.
6 (4-ounce) salmon fillets,
⅓ cup sour cream
Combine the remaining ingredients. Pat the mixture onto the fillets, pressing to help the coating adhere.
⅔ cup dry bread crumbs,
⅔ cup pistachios,
½ cup shallots,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish,
1 tablespoon fresh dill,
½ teaspoon orange zest,
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes,
1 clove garlic
Bake until the fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes.
