Hot Cajun-Spiced Beef and Cabbage Casserole

This is one of our favorite casseroles. The cabbage has just the right consistency... not too crunchy, and not too soft. It's easy to make, and you can easily adjust the heat to your liking.

Instructions
Add the beef, red pepper, onion, and garlic to a large skillet and cook over medium heat until meat is browned, about 5 minutes.
1 pound ground beef,
1 red bell pepper,
1 onion,
2 cloves garlic
Stir in the Ro^Tel, tomato sauce, rice, Cajun spice blend, and hot sauce.
1 can Ro*Tel,
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce,
½ cup long grain rice,
1 teaspoon Datilgator Cajun 2x The Heat Seasoning,
4 drops hot pepper sauce
Spread into an ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with the cabbage and cheese.
1 small head cabbage,
1 cup Cheddar Jack cheese
Cover and bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and additional hot sauce.
