When I found this recipe I knew I had to make it! Two kinds of instant noodles, cooked to perfection in a pressure cooker, with sauteed shrimp. It's simple to make, and it's delicious! It's the perfect thing to eat while watching the Oscar-winning Korean thriller, "Parasite", where this recipe originated!
Add the butter to the pressure cooker and set it to Sauté. When the butter starts to bubble, add the shrimp and sauté until it's fully cooked, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and set aside.
2 tablespoons butter, 2 pounds large shrimp
Put all the noodles in the pot and pour in the water. Close the lid and set the pot to pressure cook for zero minutes, or 1 minute if your pot won't let you do zero. Or, you can just press the stop button as soon as the pot reaches pressure.
2 packages Chapagetti instant noodles, 2 packages Neoguri instant noodles, 4 ½ cups water
Do a quick release. There will still be some liquid in the pot. Add all the packets of dried vegetables and seasonings and stir well until you have a lovely brown sauce.
Pour the shrimp back into the pot, and add the oil packets from the Chapagetti. Stir it up again and serve!
