Miniature Figs!

A few weeks ago I sent a picture in one of my newsletters about the miniature fig tree that Debbie is growing in her greenhouse.

They're finally starting to ripen, and we harvested one today. Here it is in a teaspoon. Isn't it cute? It's about the size of a quarter coin.

We each had half of a tiny fig, and it was absolutely delicious! There are two more that will be ready soon. We're hoping to have a bigger harvest next year!
