If you’re here that means that you clicked a link in one of my emails, letting me know that you're interested in learning about making the best use of all those "miracle" multi-function, counter-top appliances... pressure cookers, air fryers, grills, blenders, and even the classic microwave oven. (Yes, microwaves can do a lot more than reheating leftovers and making popcorn!)

Appliances list pressure cookers, air fryers, and counter-top grills from companies like Instant Pot and Ninja are amazing! The high-end ones can have up to 14 functions (probably more by the time you read this). But they can be intimidating when you get started with them... all those displays, dials, buttons, and settings can be confusing. You can learn to do basic pressure cooking pretty quickly. But if you want to make rice or yogurt, you might have to try to find the user manual!
We're huge technology geeks, and that applies to cooking as well as to computers. We try to feature recipes using our range of high-tech cooking gear, and make the instructions as clear and complete as possible.
Since you expressed interest in this, now I can send you notifications when I post something using these appliances... like using the TenderCrisp top on the Ninja Foodi multi-pot to get a crispy skin on that roast chicken, or using it as a slow cooker.
